Here is the 2001 "Round A" report from the Indiana Housing Finance Comittee. This report shows the recipients of 2001's Public Assistance Bonds. Note that of the three recipients, Herman associates' Monroe County units are priced at the highest Average Market Index (AMI) and the highest unit cost. Also note that, unlike the other three, Canterbury Apartments is the only project to involve development of virgin land. The other two involve rehabilitation of existing housing.
